Brian Geschickter earned his B.A. at University of Virginia in 1989, and his J.D. at George Mason University School of Law in 1992. He was admitted to practice law in the State of Virginia in 1992 (now inactive), in the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Virginia in 1993, U.S. Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit in 1993, and in the State of North Carolina in 2004. Brian A. Geschickter has practiced law in Wilmington, North Carolina, since 2004.
Brian Geschickter began practicing with Hogue Hill, LLP, in June of 2017, and currently focuses his practice in the areas of general civil litigation, personal injury, domestic relations and family law, construction litigation, and eminent domain and inverse condemnation. He is a member of the North Carolina and New Hanover County Bar Associations.
